Shop Policies

SHIPPING POLICY
Most domestic orders will be sent via Priority Mail or First Class Mail and will have delivery confirmation. International orders are sent Priority Mail via USPS. If you would prefer signature confirmation instead, please make note of this when ordering (this means someone has to be present to sign for it or else it will be held at the post office). Moon Rabbit Press will not be responsible for items that show as being delivered but were not received by the buyer. If you have any concerns, note that you would like signature confirmation.
If an incorrect or invalid address is given, and the item is returned to Moon Rabbit Press, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to send it out again. USPS delivers on Saturdays and after normal business hours. DO NOT have items delivered to a business address unless you are certain someone will be there to receive it.
Unless otherwise noted, orders will ship in 5-7 business days. Need it faster? Send a message or make note of it when ordering. Additional shipping charges may apply.

REFUND POLICY
I try to describe every item as accurately as possible, and supply plenty of pictures. If you have any questions or concerns, please ask before you buy. If you receive an item and it isn't what you're expecting, you may exchange the item for something else currently listed in the Moon Rabbit Press store. Exchanges must be made within 14 day of receiving the item. To make an exchange, email  hello{at}moonrabbitpress.com with your order number. Buyer will be expected to pay for the return shipping of the original item, as well as shipping charges for the new item.
No refunds will be given unless the item is damaged or lost. 
If an item arrives damaged, send a picture of the package & item to hello{at}moonrabbitpress.com within 14 days of receipt. If the item is lost, you must notify Moon Rabbit Press within 30 days or ordering. Once your claim is processed, a replacement item will be sent. If for some reason it isn't possible to send a replacement item, you will be refunded for the full amount of the purchase (item, shipping & tax).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
