Dark-eyed Junco Fine Art Linoleum Block Print

These little fluffers always brighten my day when I see them, which is usually in the winter when they are snacking on the berries from my native plants in the front yard. 

This five color print on lush, 100% cotton paper was created from one wood block for the background, and a four color reduction cut linoleum blocks for the bird. Reduction cuts are made by carving into the same piece of linoleum, thereby destroying the block as it is printed. That means there is no going back and reprinting the image! 
Easily fits into an 8” x 10” mat or frame. 
Matted print will fit in an 11" x 14" frame
